KARE 11 | American Craft Council Show returns to St. Paul

ST PAUL, Minn. — The American Craft Council Show is returning to the St. Paul RiverCentre this weekend.

The American Craft Council is a national, nonprofit educational organization that has been shaping the craft movement for decades, serving as a chronicler, convener, and catalyst through its bimonthly magazine, American Craft, annual juried craft shows, thought leadership conferences, awards of excellence, and a research library and archives preserving the rich heritage of American craft.

Jose Ayala, ACC Spokesperson and Trend Expert, visited KARE 11 News at 4 to showcase a sampling of handmade jewelry, fashions, and home accessories, made by Minnesota artists who will be among the 240 exhibitors at the nationally juried American Craft Show, April 5-7 at RiverCentre.

Among Jose's tips: “Crafters and designers have given us the perfect pieces to keep glam and casual! Mirrored bombers, destroyed denim, endless amounts of stack rings and crossbody handbags are staples for 2019.”
